• Scope of Services: We will provide photography services to you in accordance with my website and these terms and conditions. We will use reasonable skill and care in providing the services.

• Payment: You will pay us the agreed-upon fee for the services. The fee is due in full upon signing of an agreement. We may invoice you for additional expenses incurred in providing the services, such as travel expenses, printing costs, and editing costs. You agree to pay these additional expenses within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

• Intellectual Property Rights: We own the copyright to all photographs created by me or anyone representing Les Veyis Visuals (Pty) Ltd during the course of providing the services. You will be granted a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for personal and commercial purposes. You may not modify the photographs or use them in a way that defames or disparages Win and the company.

• Delivery of Photographs: I will deliver the photographs to you within the agreed days of the shoot. The photographs will be delivered in digital format and may also be available for print. You agree to provide us with a high-resolution image file of each photograph that you use for commercial purposes.

• Cancellation: You may cancel this agreement at any time by providing us with written notice at least 30 days prior to the scheduled shoot. If you cancel within 30 days of the scheduled shoot, We will retain a 50% cancellation fee.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the South African Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa.
